1.ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

1.1 Is the product see-through?

(The answer depends on the type of product, but the following is relevant to the products with beaded fabrics)
The product is see-through, but we will add lining under it.
The types of lining we offer are: bra and shorts, bra and skirt, bust to knee, or complete (whole) lining. We can also add the underlining accordingly to your skin tone.

1.2. Can I rent the dress ?

The dresses are for sales only.

1.3. If the dress does not fit, then what?

The dress will be made completely according to the  exact body measurements you will send to us and it will also be double-checked before shipping it.

1.4 What sizes are available?

Pre-made products (products that are available)
Our products are available in size 36-38 EU.
Custom-made products (products that have to be created)
We can also create the product according to your exact body measurements, so the dress fits perfectly on you.

1.5 Can I make alterations to the dress?

(If the dress is custom-made)
Yes, you can make minor alterations to the dress, but the price might change.
Please keep in mind that some alterations cannot be done, so we will need to consult with our managers to confirm if they can be done or not and how much they would cost.

1.6 Can this dress be made long/short?

Yes, the dress can be remade as a short/long dress, but the price will change. Before being able to let you know about an answer we send the request to our Production team and wait whether you approve it or not.

1.7 How long do your products take to be made?

We have ready made dresses, and pre-made(order) dresses.
The made-to-order dresses take approximately 2-30 days to be made.

1.8 Can this dress be done in other colors?

If the options for other colors are shown on our Website that can be done also in others colors.

1.9. How am I supposed to wash my dress?

When washing gowns, the various layers and delicate lace can make it a real challenge. While it may be possible to hand wash them, it is often best to have them professionally cleaned. Cleaners have the right equipment to clean the under layers while still protecting the top layers.

1.10 How is quality ensured?

Our production department works with some of the most expensive and highest quality fabrics therefore the quality of the dress is something that our team guarantees.

1.11 How great is the risk that the product does not meet my expectations?

AlbinaDyla team has been known for creating the most beautiful and highest quality dresses.

2. Order

2.1 Why can’t I find my order in my order history?

In the moment of the purchase you will immediately notice your order in “ORDER HISTORY” however in cases of having any issue please contact through our team and we will be more than happy to assist.

2.2 What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please provide our Customer Care with pictures of the damaged product and we will take care of the rest

2.3 Can I place an order over the phone?

You can call us 24/7 to  place the order through our numbers that are placed at “CONTACT US”.

2.4 Can I exchange my order for another dress?

Unfortunately once the dress has begun the process of creating we cannot exchange it for another order.
Please consult with our Customer Care for more information.

2.5 Is it possible to write to the package “gift” in order to avoid paying customs

Unfortunately our Company’s policies does not allow that.

3. Delivery/Shipping

3.1 How long does delivery take / how long does the shipping take?

The shipping takes about two to three business days to arrive at your destination( not including your customs process). 

3.2 Where are the dresses being shipped from?

The dresses are shipped from Kosovo, which is located in Southeastern Europe.

3.3 Do I have to pay taxes/ How much will my country charge me for the order?

Upon arrival in the destination country or area, the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.

3.4 I need this dress a week from today. Is there enough time?

Unfortunately, there is not enough time for the dress to be made (depends on the complexity of the process ) and delivered on time. You may want to consider our pre-made dresses. 

3.5 How can I check the order of my status

Please contact our Customer Care Department and they will provide you with all the information needed regarding your order.

3.6 My order is showing as delivered but I did not receive it.

Please contact the Delivery Company that is in charge of your order.

3.7 If I order more than one product will they be shipped at the same package ?

Depending on the size of the product they may or may not be shipped within the same package.

4. Price range

4.1. What is your bridal / wedding dress price range?

The price range of our bridal dresses starts from 1500 Euro to 7500 Euro. 

 

4.2. What is your price range?

The price range of our products starts from 350 Euro to 7500 Euro. 

4.3. What is your evening dress price range?

The price range of our evening dresses starts from 350 Euro to 3000 Euro

5. Promotions

5.1 Can we collaborate?

5.4. Do you offer gift certificates?

For the moment our Company is not offering Gift Certificates however it will be available very soon.

6. Wholesale

6.1 Do you do wholesale?

We do provide wholesale policies.

Please provide our Wholesale Department ([email protected]) with all the information needed and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

7 Payment

7.1. When can I pay?

The payment can be made in the moment that you purchase the order.
Due to a lot of demands we recommend making the payment as soon as possible.

7.2 What are the payment methods?

You can make the payment through VISA CARD, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRONIC.

7.3 How can I obtain a receipt about payments I have made ?

In the moment that you purchase the order you will receive and email from our team containing a receipt of your order.

8. Refunding

8.1. Do you have a refund/return policy?

If you want to return the product purchased from our Company, you have 24 hours from the moment you have received the package, to inform us about it. After we will receive your email we will send you a confirmation (if your request has been approved or not) and we will inform you about the refunding process.

 

8.2. When will I receive the refund from my return?

If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, we shall refund the amount paid for the returned products. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
You will be notified via email if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

9. Account

9.1 How can I sign in?

Go to the right side of the page above, click the Sign In options standing in the middle of Favorite and Cart. You will have to place your username and the password.
If you are still not signed in please create an account first.

9.2 How do I keep my personal information safe ?

Please create strong and unique passwords for your online accounts. In case of not feeling safe to enter your personal information on the website, please contact our Team and we will be more than happy to provide you with all the information.

9.3 How do I reset my account password?

If you have forgotten the password of your account you can click “Forgot password” and you will immediately receive an email based on which you can change.

10.1. Where are you located / where is your location / what’s your address?

  1. We are based in Kosovo.
    We provide two showrooms.
    One showroom is located in the capital city of Kosovo, Pristina and the other showroom is located in Gjakova.
    The address of our showroom in Gjakova is at the Street “Skenderbeu” near the Police Station of Gjakova.
