I want to say that I’m blown away with the customer service I have received from Albina Dyla! I purchased a dress from their site and it unfortunately just slightly didn’t fit and they were amazing with guiding me on how to return it to them and receive my credit even though I was so slow to do so they were patient with me. I want to thank all their staff and especially Rina which was so so helpful.. i will only buy my special occasion dresses from them from now on not only because they have great customer service with returns etc .. but also because they have the most amazing dresses and clothes as well x Well done Ms Albina Dyla!

I loved the last dress I purchased so much, I went ahead and purchased a second dress for a different function. Perfect for my Valentine themed photo shoot! Amazing customer service, exceptional quality, and workmanship and overall a beautiful dress. I even asked them to make me matching gloves and they did! They just sent me the link to order the dress to include the custom . Highly recommend!!

This was my first purchase and I’m in love with the quality of this gown. I’ve since purchased 4 more dresses and have loved every one of them. If you want to avoid duty fees and are in the United States, you need to select a gown from the US location.

I love the dress so far. Will give a proper review after I wear it out. But the quality is great and looks just like the picture. The size runs really small. I’m a medium but ordered XL and it actually fits snug.

Actually, this isn't my first time dealing with them. I previously bought a very beautiful dress from them, and they promised me a great discount next time because of a very minor issue with the dress. They were true to their word. I would like to thank the staff; they were very kind and quick to respond, and I am very happy now because I received a wonderful dress and even better service.
