Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you prefer a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in its original condition.


Store Credit

For more flexibility, you may choose to receive store credit for your return, which can be applied toward any future purchases.

Important: If the item is returned after the 30-day period, it will be accepted only as store credit.


How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our website and select the Request a Return here option at the bottom of the page.

  2. Submit your return request and specify the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Alternatively, you can email us directly at exchange@albinadyla.com to initiate the return process.

  4. Package your item in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

  5. Use the provided shipping label to send the item back to us. We cover the cost of return shipping process.

  6. All custom-made and customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Refund Processing

  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15-30 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the transaction.

  • Delayed refunds: If you do not receive your refund within 30 business days, please contact us through our website here or at requestrefund@albinadyla.com.


European Union Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
