I ordered my dress online from Australia.
My order arrived and the fit wasn’t great so when the customer service staff asked if I received my package safely and what my thoughts were I expressed my concerns on the fit.
They immediately offered for me to return the dress and send my measurements to remake the dress.
I returned the original dress and the new one arrived within 2 weeks and it fits perfectly.
I could not fault the level of care and service I received from the team. The designers, the dressmakers and customer service staff should be proud of their work. Thank you so much for providing me the dress I wanted and love.
