I am disappointed

I have been trying to contact you for a solution. The dresses you sent me were not the size I ordered. I was told to return them and they would send me the correct dresses. This time, that was almost 3 weeks ago and now you only see the messages and do not respond. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Poor customer service and false promises

I ordered a dress from the store and was immediately contacted by one of the sales associates over WhatsApp. I advised I needed the dress before a specific date, which the sales associate confirmed was possible to be shipped. After the payment was complete, the sales associate stopped replying, would leave me on read and there was no transit information. I would call and message the store several times, many hours later to be informed the item is not ready for delivery and will be shipped the following day. Days went on with the same issue. The night of my event after spamming the WhatsApp chat and receiving no information, I asked for a refund which the sales associates were hesitant on yet still promising to ship the dress tomorrow. After receiving my refund many days later, I would say don’t waste your time. I was very excited to purchase from this store but am greatly disappointed. Not worth your time and can be very stressful
