Terrible service!

This company is terrible. I ordered a dress from them for my wedding anniversary which was sent to the incorrect. I ordered a second dress just so my plans would not be ruined and that dress was not shipped in the 7-10 business days as advertised on the website. I sent them 3 emails asking them to cancel the order as I would no longer be at the vacation address. They still shipped the dress to the location two weeks after me communicating with them requesting cancellation.
