I made my purchase on October 23 and received it the 28 (the delivery on the description is accurate). The dress is amazing quality, and fits perfectly. The plunge part on the dress is double layered, making it super safe. Elma contacted me as soon as the order was received and kept following up even after the dress was delivered. Great customer service. Cannot wait to use nex month.

The plunge top has a bottom layer that is mesh in the center and fabric on the side, making it super secure. I cannot wait to use it next minth for a wedding! Elma sent me
