I am a new Albina Dyla customer and ordered a dress for my birthday. I received with no problems, but had a few minor complaints. Nothing, Florida was not able to help me resolve. She followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with their resolution. I was si pleased that I ordered another dress and am a happy customer. Will be posting pictures once dress arrives. Very pleased with the whole process. Not only is my dress beautiful with exceptional material but the customer service was top tier. They responded to me in a timely manner helped me cancel and switch an order. Already have recommended albina dyla to others!

I would never order from there again! Awful customer service and biggest fraud, I ordered a dress on the 30 August for an off shoulder dress and within 6 days they advised my dress was ready and they dress they posted was absolutely not even close to what they had advertised. I was absolutely outraged and angry and informed them and they ignored my concerns and enquiry as to why they sent me a dress completely different to what they advertised on their website. I informed them that my brothers wedding was on the 09 December and after two months of me attempting to contact them, they referred me to customer service. Marsona reassured me on the 13 November they would send the same exact dress and I can send back the replica dress after they sent after they sent me a return label. Marsona reassured me they would resend me order by the 02 December in time for my
Brothers wedding. However, for a further 1 month they kept delaying in sending me the return label and finally due to my anxiety of my brothers wedding being so close I demanded they send me the return label. They sent it on the 02 December 7 days prior to the wedding and when I questioned where my dress was they only apologised and advised they never made my dress again and didn’t provide me any explanation or information with what was happening with my order. Marsona again messaged to say sorry and will send the dress by the 20 December. The 20 December came and once again the dress never arrived!! And they never explained or gave any update. Throughout the process they do not communicate, provide any update and even hide information regarding your order. They finally advised me on the 19 December they have my dress ready. For the second time they sent me a video of my order and once again they fraud and once again the dress was completely different to the dress which I paid for and they have advertise on their website! I would absolutely not recommend them for their customer service is absolutely disgraceful and awful and the dresses they send is absolutely different to what they advertise. They have no regard for anything and when things go wrong they apologise and still do not provide any update. In fact they have the audacity to message me and ask me to remove my google review when they had not only sent me the wrong replica dress expecting me to accept it and did not send the dress the again in time for the second time. They messaged me advising me the dresses they sent are exactly the dress as advertised on the website. Would never ever recommend them!!
