Disappointed

My order did not arrive in the time frame I was told it would. I never had a chance to wear either dress I bought. They are still in the box and I’m returning both. Communication with the company was misleading and disappointing. They reassured me over and over “don’t worry dear, it will arrive on time” but it didn’t. Unfortunate. I’d prefer honest communication upfront to prevent disappointment.
