Lovely, but a little disappointing

I do love the dress, it’s stunning. But it came far too long and a little gaippy at the back. I’m also a little disappointed at the quality of the gems… there were two already detached in the box before I had tried it on, two more came off after I put it on for the first time. I would have expected it to be more sturdy and to fit perfectly given how much I paid, and because I have my measurements… I have had to have it altered.
