Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be:

In its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Products marked as "on sale" for 50% off and more, are not eligible for a refund. Instead, these items may be returned for store credit or an exchange as outlined in our policy.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

If you prefer a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in its original condition.

 

Store Credit

For a more flexible option, you may choose to receive store credit for your return, which can be used toward any future purchases.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific products.

You can also give the reason for the return there and we will provide you with the return label.

  • Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Package Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Ship the Item: Use the provided return label to ship the item back to us.
  • Confirmation: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process the refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
  • Approval Process: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
