I’m very dissatisfied with the product I received. Unfortunately, the dress did not look like the picture shown on the website, and it arrived damaged. The box was also damaged, and the dress was not properly secured inside the packaging.

Before I even fully took the dress out of the box, I noticed that the accessories/details were already coming off. This is not the quality I expected or paid for, and the item is not in acceptable condition. I would like to request a full refund due to the dress being damaged upon arrival and not matching the product shown online. I can provide pictures and videos of the dress, packaging, and damage if needed.
