1. Shipping Policy

1.1. The shipping costs will be covered by Albina Dyla. Note that this excludes customs' fees (please refer to Article 2. Customs) and VAT.

1.2. Albina Dyla offers worldwide shipping. The courier companies used for shipping are depending on your location:

  1. a) DHL;
  2. b) FedEx and TNT;
  3. c) UPS.

1.3. The products can only start shipping during weekdays.

1.4. The product(s) take(s) 15-30 business days to arrive at the Customer's delivery address (not including your customs process that might take a few days).

1.4.1. The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier and that the Customer shouldn't be alarmed.

1.5. The Customer will receive a tracking number (waybill) for his/her order once the product(s) is/are shipped.

2. Customs, Duties & Fulfillment

2.1. Fulfillment Centers: To ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and global availability, Albina Dyla operates from two primary locations:

  • Administrative & Sales Office: AD International LLC, New York, USA.
  • Production & Global Distribution Center: Albina Dyla BI, Kosovo (Europe).

2.2. Why was I charged? While your transaction is processed by our US center (AD International), our handmade luxury pieces are shipped directly from our production atelier in Kosovo to your doorstep. Because this is an international shipment, your local government may impose customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are regulated by your country's laws and are not collected by Albina Dyla, but by your government.

2.3. Responsibility: The recipient (customer / client) is the "importer" and is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

2.4. Our Tax Assistance Program: Albina Dyla values our clients and offers a unique assistance program to help offset these costs:

  • Partial Reimbursement: Upon providing proof of payment for customs/duties, we may offer a partial refund or a digital gift card for a portion of that value.
  • Important Terms: If a reimbursement is issued, this amount is deducted from the total value of the garment.
  • Return Policy Note: In the event of a return for a refund, the amount already provided as tax assistance as a refund is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final return amount.
