Shortly after I wrote the view below I was contact by their customer service via What's App (if you don't have What's App I would get just in case they need to contact you or vice versa). llirida was super nice and patience with me, she did everything in her power to help resolve this issue. I was able to return my dress, receive another dress, and get a gift card. In the end, I was pleased with the other dress, customer service, and how fast they handled the situation. The company is NOT a scam and they make sure their customers are taken care of. Definitely will order again.

I ordered a dress from this company that came in perfect timing and packaging. Tried on the dress and it didn't fit to my liking; therefore, I need to return or exchange it. I followed the directions and emailed the order's email address. I emailed them the day the dress was delivered to me (well within the return period). I never heard anything back from them. Then I reached out via their IG page by directly messaging them. They asked me for my order number and then ghost on me. I have constantly been messaging them and they read my messages but never respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE FIT OR ITEM PERIOD! THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER OR COMMUNICATE WITH YOU! I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
